Krampus Night Market – Vendor Checklist (December 19, 2026)

Join us for the 1st Annual Krampus Night Market on December 19, 2026 in historic downtown Stanwood, Washington. This outdoor night market will bring together a hauntingly festive mix of artists, makers, merchants, food vendors, and community spirits for an unforgettable evening celebrating all things Krampus.

We welcome vendors whose work embraces the strange, the whimsical, the handcrafted, and the winter-dark magic of the season. Please note that more applications are received than spaces available, and submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance into the market. To be considered, vendors must ensure that all required permits, licenses, and supporting documents are complete and ready to submit electronically at the time of application. Vendors who confirm their space but fail to provide proper documentation, or do not appear for the event, will not receive a refund.

All vendors are expected to help preserve the unique spirit of the market. Booths should align with the overall Krampus Night Market theme, with the exception of food vendors and farmers. Vendors may not participate in surrounding markets during the same dates and times as the Krampus Night Market.

Before applying, please make sure you have the following:

• A valid UBI # (Unified Business Identifier) 
• All required state, county, and city permits or business licenses 
• Any applicable health permits for food sampling or sales of temperature-controlled food products 
• A valid Food Handler’s Permit if sampling food 
• A Fire Permit if using propane or similar equipment 
• Electronic copies of all required documents ready for submission 

If you plan to use a generator, we ask that you use a quiet generator whenever possible. Louder generators will be placed near the outer edge of the market due to noise considerations.

Before submitting your application, confirm that you have completed the following:

• Completed the 2026 Vendor Application 
• Reviewed all market rules and expectations 
• Confirmed availability for December 19, 2026 
• Verified that you will not vend at another market during the same date and time 
• Gathered all required permits and documentation 
• Ensured your products or booth fit the spirit of the market 
• Prepared an outdoor-ready booth setup for winter conditions 
• Have all documents available for electronic submission 

Vendors are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining all permits and licenses required for the sale of their goods. Krampus Night Market is not responsible for missing documentation, permit issues, or vendor noncompliance. No refunds will be issued for incomplete paperwork, lack of required permits, or no-shows.
